DLRdmv®, the title and registration company serving 5,000+ dealerships nationwide, today announced it is live as the first title and registration provider with direct DMS data integration with TALON Powersports Solutions. The integration connects TALON’s dealer management system, TALONes, to DLRdmv®’s full product suite: when an F&I manager enters a deal number in DLRdmv®, deal data pulls automatically from TALONes. The title clerk picks up that deal and starts from a record that is cleaner and more complete than what manual re-entry produces, with fewer fields requiring correction, completion, or follow-up before the paperwork moves forward.
The integration spans every DLRdmv® product line. For in-state deals, the data flows directly into DLRdmv®’s electronic titling workflows in Florida (EFS), Georgia (ETR), Minnesota (EVTR), Wisconsin (EVR), and California (BPA). For out-of-state transactions processed through DLR50™, the same data pull feeds AccuFee® fee calculations, state-specific form generation, and compliance checklists for all 50 states and 13,000+ local jurisdictions. Regardless of deal type, the title clerk’s review starts from the source record rather than a manually re-keyed copy.
Without direct DMS integration, every field F&I entered in TALONes had to be typed a second time into the title platform or process. Every re-entered field is an opportunity for a transcription error: a transposed VIN digit, a missing lienholder, an address discrepancy that does not surface until the title application comes back rejected. At that point, the dealership must go back to a customer who already has the vehicle for re-signatures. Powersports compounds this problem. Powersport buyers cross state lines at a significantly higher rate than typical automotive buyers, which means a larger share of deals require accurate fee calculations, state-specific forms, and compliance guidance across 50 different DMV systems. The TALONes integration removes the second entry for all of it.
