Our Response

Our normal practice is to provide a response to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time we will inform you of the reason and extension period, in writing. Responses to those consumers with an account will be delivered to that account; all other responses will be delivered via U.S. Mail, or electronically at the requester’s option. Responses will only cover the 12-month period preceding the date of receipt of the verifiable consumer request, and will set forth the reasons in the event we cannot comply with a request. As to data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity. No fee will be charged to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request, except in the event such request is excessive, repetitive, or unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
